- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
- Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Return Process
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number (if provided) along with your return package.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a similar product, please contact our customer support team. We'll assist you in initiating an exchange, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
